Thelma and Family
I was out of town Thelma, I would have
been there.
I am so sadden at Aunt Myrtle's passing. Memories of when, you, Martha
and I were teenagers and would go visit with her, come to mind and after I returned to Memphis, I would go by, wonderful memories. She was such an interesting person and helpful.
I thought she was sooo REGAL!!

Vernell, You know that I know your mother best through you and the many years we have been friends. I know your love for her and her intense love for you. Be encouraged. She was always very proud of you. You are a great son and she was a great mother. She will always be with you in your heart. Be blessed. My prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Vernell,
I am saddened by the loss of your Mother. She was a lady that I will never forget. You must admit that she liked things to go the way she planned. (smile) She had that way of leaving her own indelible mark on others.
She was a forerunner as a very successful Avon entrepreneur. Also, she was a great cook and she loved entertaining others in her home.
My prayers are with you and your family members during this time.
Your friend, Saundra

"The Apostle Paul wrote, "The things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal" (2 Corinthians 4:18). The physical dies away, but the spiritual is forever."--David Brandt Berg
Vernell, the death of a parent is never easy, no matter how old we are. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Jill and all your family during your time of sorrow.
Take care, dear friend.
