Dear Donna,
I am working on finding your phone # or address for a more personal condolence.
I am happy for you that your Mom lived to such a ripe age & lived so fully. Even so, I know you feel her loss deeply & will miss her. She was a beautiful soul. It is even harder losing your last living parent - such a finality to it.
My sympathies go out to Cindy & Billy too. Let's try to get together one day soon.
Love,
Madeline

Dear Cindy, Donna & Billy,
I am so sad to learn of your Mother’s death. My memories of her date back to the first grade at Holy Rosary (Cindy, can it really be over 50 years). Your Mom was so pretty and kind. There was no one in my world as sophisticated and glamorous as Mrs. Daniel. At UT, I became a Theta and it turned out that Mrs. Daniel wrote my recommendation. The lifelong friends made during college and the friendships formed in the many years since are due to her kindness in recommending me. I haven’t lived in Memphis for many years, but I usually get to visit a few times a year. I would always enjoy seeing Natalie at Holy Rosary. We would chat and I would be enchanted and comforted by the fact that she still was the gracious and beautiful lady of my childhood. She will be missed.
God Bless you.
Love,
Joan

As you know Natalie leaves a big hole in my heart/life. She was the glamour that made me feel important. She had an elephant type memory and was so interested in people and what they were doing . She kept me awake and alive.

Billy and family: I am sorry to hear about your Mom, but it is a blessing that you had her for 84 years. I lost my 89 year old mother 9 months ago and all I can say is that time does heal the pain. Shep Fargotstein

What a beautiful woman Miss Natalie was. She touched a lot of lives though her volunteerism and love of the arts. We'll all miss her so much. If there is one thing we can take away from this we know we will be able to see her again.
Think about how Jesus was able to re-unite families who lost loved onhes in death. He will be able to do that again very soon. Then all of us who knew and loved her have the opportunity to see her again in the resurrection.
Knowing that gives us the comfort we need in this time of the end.

John and I knew your Mom and Dad at Chickasaw CC for a long time.
They were such nice folks and enjoyable to be with. Had not seen Natalie in a couple of years. She was a beautiful lady inside and out.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and may God Bless each of you. Marie Starks

Donna, Cindy and Billy, I just heard of Aunt Nat's death from Watt and Marcia. I tried e-mailing Billy and it was returned. My one and only aunt was very dear to me and all in the Hal Daniel family. I am sending you a letter that expresses my feelings about our loss today via US Mail. It is a personal letter, the contents of which I do not to go out electronically. There is also a meaningful photo of our parents together that should be cropped and framed.Watch for it coming to the Kings Park address. I loved your Mother with all my heart, brain and soul. Jeff
