Hernando - William Edward Scarborough, 93, of Hernando MS died April 3, 2015. He was self-employed as a concrete and cable contractor in West Memphis AR. His life's passion was hunting and fishing with friends and family. He was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Mary Nations Scarborough, and his grandson, James Edward Thompson, his parents, brother and sister. He is survived by his 4 daughters: Nancy Cincotta, Becky Ryan (Larry), Deborah Thompson (Rick), and Cathy Poe (Ron). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren: Dina DiTullio, John Cincotta, Jill Orpen, Rick Sisco, Mike Sisco, Cindy Sisco, Jessica Neely, Whitney Hancock, Geoff Ryan and Jody Ryan and 24 great-grandchildren. Visitation will from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Roller Citizens Funeral Home. Services will follow at 11 a.m., with burial at Forest Hill Cemetery Midtown in Memphis TN.
