My late husband Don first met Davis many many years ago in Chicago of all places and they immediately recognized in each other a love for medicine, orthopedics and most especially the spine. They dedicated their professional lives to making a difference in the lives of those who were affected by and suffered from problems connected with the spine. While their friendship began that way it moved far beyond that over the years in love of each others families, the New England Patriots and the Alabama Crimson Tide!!!! What a comfort those memories are during this time and going forward as well I,m sure. God's blessings to all his loved ones from my family to yours!

I worked with Dr Clark as a young RN on 2 South / orthopedics at Concord Hospital. I can attest to how much he cared for his patients as I would go on rounds with him as charge nurse for the shift. I know he will be deeply missed. Rest In Peace Dr Clark.

Dr. Clark was my doctor in 1998 when I broke my back. Thru 4 operations he was always there, so kind to me and my family. To this day his handiwork is just fine. A wonderful doctor and a very nice man!

So very sorry to hear of the passing of Dr. Clark. He was very kind to me and wrote a letter of recommendation on my behalf, many years ago, when I was applying to medical school. I have never forgotten.
My deepest condolences to all the family, and especially the "Hale crew". You all have a special place in my heart from the Bow years. Thinking about all of you.

The first time I met Dave was his future son in law Keith´s alternate bachelor party, which he hosted for the three of us. I liked him immediately. I only saw him a few times over the year but he was undoubtedly happy around family and committed to the medical profession. Rest In Peace, Dave, and condolences to the family.

Dear Sandy, Liz, Dee, Laura, Debbie, Mike and family,
My deepest condolences on the passing of Dr. Clark. He will always be remembered in my family for giving me outstanding care in my teens as one of his patients. But, he was more than my doctor, he was a friend to our whole family. I have happy memories of Tooky softball with our Dads. Weeks ice cream after the games was the best!
While time has driven us apart physically, you all remain in my thoughts. With love and fondness, Tracy
