Janice Lamarche Obituary

ALLENSTOWN – Janice K. Lamarche, 69, of Allenstown, died Sunday, February 22, 2015 at Catholic Medical Center after a period of failing health.

She was born in Manchester April 15, 1945 the daughter of Edward and Eva (Adams) Mitchell. She lived in Merrimack for 30 years and had been a resident of Allenstown the past 15 years.

Janice was a communicant of St. John the Baptist parish in Allenstown where she volunteered with the Tuesday night Soup and Sandwich.

She retired from BAE Systems where she worked for several years.

She was predeceased by her husband of 35 years, Richard J. Lamarche who died in 2012. In addition she was predeceased by a son, William C. Atkins, Jr.

She leaves three daughters, Joan Morgan and her husband, James, of Weare, Donna Barnett and her husband, William, of Allenstown, and Sharon and husband Leighton Payson, Jr. of Manchester; five step sons, Richard Lamarche and his wife, Jill of Bow, Gerard Lamarche of Pelham, Steven Lamarche of Ocala, Fla., Christopher Lamarche of Lowell, Mass. and Eric and Mindy Lamarche of Lowell, Mass.; 18 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are Wednesday, February 25 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., Manchester.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John the Baptist Church, Allenstown, Thursday, February 26at 1:00 p.m. Committal prayers will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford.
