Julien Leduc Obituary

DUNBARTON – Julien "Frenchy" E. Leduc of Dunbarton passed away Monday, Nov. 24, 2014 at Pleasantview Nursing Home with family present.

He was born in Saint Barbe, Canada on March 22, 1940, to the late Emile and Albertine Leduc. He was one of 12 siblings. He moved to new Hampshire in the early 1960's. He went on to find work at the Hopkinton Everett Dam and then became a welder. He soon after met his wife Sandra Meattey. Together they moved to New York and Florida and back to New Hampshire where they lived for the last 38 years.

He joins his son Jeffery Leduc and leaves behind his wife, Sandra; his daughter, Janine Maher; and his sons, Rene Leduc, David Leduc and Andrew Leduc. Also many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Julien enjoyed life. Many hunting trips, fishing, welding and hockey. He loved riding his motorcycle and sharing a laugh with family and friends. He will be greatly missed.

Calling hours will be held Saturday, Dec. 6, from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Bow Town Hall, Bow.
