I remember very fondly the many ways she could make me giggle, especially in our senior civics class. It was a class I loved, but I sat right in the view of the teacher and Nancy in the row to my right. The teacher never perceived the antics Nancy engaged in to get me giggling. Yes, Nancy was a very very very dear and much missed friend.

I had Mrs. Cross as a teacher for first grade. She was the best teacher I ever had and and she always made me feel good by remembering me everytime I saw her growing up and Im so glad she was able to meet some of my children eventually. She was just the sweetest woman and she will me missed dearly. She made the world a better place for alot of kids and others too. Your family is in my prayers I love you Mrs. Cross! ~ Vicky Phillips

Nancy was my very best friend. I loved her and know she loved me. She brought laughter and fun to my life. There is a great void in my life now; I will miss her dearly. I am glad for all the years since we were fourteen that we have remained close . I am blessed to have had her and hear her often in my head using one of her choice expressions.

A wonderful gracious classmate who had only the best to say to all. So proud to be her classmate and friend. Always loved. You did us all proud, Nancy.
