Robert McCombie Obituary
Concord, NH - Concord N.H.-Robert C. McCombie (Bob) passed away on Tuesday January 3, 2023 at Concord Hospital surrounded by family and close friends. He was born April 6, 1966 in Portsmouth, N.H., the son of the late Margaret McCombie and Robert L. McCombie.
He graduated from Portsmouth High School and worked to earn his paramedic position that he worked at for several years. Most recently he was working as a dispatcher for a trucking company in Nashua N.H. Bob also owned his own business "In the Mix DJ's New England". He worked all over the area providing entertainment for weddings and events. He would light up a room with his smile, infectious laughter and his eagerness to make your event a happy and successful one. He and his wife Carol found a love of camping which they called "glamping". They made so many friends over the years that will be truly missed. He was the designated DJ for the campground that they called home on the weekends in the summer on the riverside in Lancaster N.H.
Bob leaves the love of his life Carol Warren-McCombie. His son, Nicholas McCombie. His daughter, Megan McCombie. Their mother Diane McCombie. His stepson Christian Hurlbutt and his girlfriend Madelin Fish. He also leaves his fur baby Buddy whom he loved beyond words.
A Celebration of Life will be held on January 14, 2023 from 1:00p.m.-4:00p.m. Homewood Suites, 21 Members Way, Dover, N.H. 03820. Time will be set aside to share funny stories and reflections from 3:30p.m.-4:00p.m.

Carol, my heart breaks for you. I can truly empathize. I am grateful that Steve and I were able to attend your fun and lovely wedding day. I am very grateful that Bob went above and beyond to be the DJ for my son´s wedding at Sunday River Maine. Not only did he make the long trek, but it was during the Covid outbreak, when even the locals were not up for the task. He did a great job, and we are very grateful for his efforts.
It was apparent he was loved with warmth, kindness and laughter as it was felt with the presence of friends and family at his "Celebration of Life".

While I never had the opportunity to meet Bob, I Do Know Carol and that she seemed Very Happy.
All I could see was a Couple of Big Loving Smiles in every FB post & in the way she posted.
Our Prayers with the McCombies, Warrens, and other Family & Friends who are trying to come to terms with the loss of this Wonderful Man. I also think Bob Wouldn't Want Tears of Sadness shed for him.
I believe that if you tell a story, share a lesson learned, joke or anything else of someone who has passed, Their Soul Lives Forever!

While we only new Bob for a short period of time, we can truly say he was an awesome, fun guy! We will never forget our maiden kayak voyage at the Lancaster Campground.
