Robert M. Provost

Allenstown, NH — Mr. Robert M. "Bob" Provost, 69, of Allenstown, passed away on October 7, 2021 at the Elliot Hospital after a short period of declining health.

Born in Manchester, Bob was the son of the late Maurice and Fernande (Deshaies) Provost. He lived in Manchester and Auburn and was a graduate of Manchester Memorial High School. He later attended and graduated from Hesser College.

Prior to his retirement, Bob was employed as a truck driver for Waste Management for over 30 years. He loved riding his Harley motorcycle and was an avid collector. He also enjoyed traveling and greatly enjoyed helping people and kids especially. Above all else, he cherished spending time with his family and attending his children's and grandchildren's sporting events.

He was predeceased by his son, Matthew Provost and his nephew, Brian Edwards.

Bob is survived by his three children: Jennifer Graf and her husband Matthew of Manchester, Nick Provost and his wife Kristen of Allenstown and Brandon Provost and his wife Felicia of Manchester; his grandchildren: Travis, Corinne, Shane and Brayden; his sister, Claudette Edwards and her husband Jerry of Springdale, AR; his nephew, Gary Edwards and his wife Valerie of Little Rock, AR and his great nieces and nephews, Layne, Micah, Hattie, Landon and Ethan.

A Visitation will be held on Friday, October 15th from 6 to 7 P.M. in the Petit-Roan Funeral Home 167 Main St. in Pembroke. A Celebration of Life will follow at 7 P.M. At the request of the family, all visitors are kindly asked to wear face-coverings. Burial will be private with the family. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bob's memory may be sent to the Toys for Tots Foundation, Gift Processing Administrator, 18251 Quantico Gateway Drive, Triangle, VA 22172 or your local food pantry.
