Ruth Bowley Obituary
Franklin, NH — Ruth Bowley, 54, of Franklin, NH passed away peacefully at Concord Hospital on Tuesday, June 1st, 2021.
She was born in Concord, NH on January 11th, 1967, the daughter of the late Harold and Janice Bowley.
Ruth was the author of several books including The Convenience Generation; Distant Voices, Distant Rooms; and Distractingly Abnormal.
Ruth was raised in Concord, NH, graduating from Bishop Brady High School in1985. She continued her education at Colby Sawyer University in New London, NH.
Ruth will always be remembered as a devoted and loving wife, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. When not working, she enjoyed camping, long walks with her beloved dog Bogart Marie and writing.
She is survived by her wife, Megan O'Shaughnessy, of Franklin, NH; her brother and sister-in-law, Lewis and Julie Bowley and sister Lela Holloran, all of Cape Coral FL, cousins Cynthia Moquin, Kathy Bowley, and Kim Sheffield; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Per Ruth's wishes, there will be no services. The family will gather at a later date to celebrate her life.
