Stephen Stark Obituary
Stephen Robert Stark, 71, of Russellville, Arkansas, passed away Monday, February 3, 2025. He was born December 26, 1953, in Parkersburg, West Virginia to Charles and Joan Stark.
The family will conduct a private memorial service at his homeplace in West Virginia. Arrangements are under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.
