Edmund Garstkiewicz Obituary

Died on November 22 2003 at Compassionate Care Hospice in Kennedy Hosp. Cherry Hill at the age of 73.
Beloved husband of 46 years to Nancy R. (nee Di Giacomo) of West Berlin. Devoted father of Gary M. and wife Pam of Haddonfield. Loving Pop-Pop of Jason and Kyle. Dear nephew of Marie Ziemanski of Phila.
Ed was born and raised in Phila. He was a graduate of Southeast Catholic H.S. class of 1948 and was inducted into their Football Hall of Fame in the early 1950's. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict and was employed for 33 years by the Amoco Oil Refinery of Phila.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass on Wed. 11:30 am at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church Franklin Ave. at White Horse Pike Berlin. Interment in Gate of Heaven Cem. Berlin. Viewing Wed. 10 to 11:30 am at the church.
In lieu of flowers Ed's family requests contributions in his memory to the O.L.M.C. Capital Campaign Fund 178 W. White Horse Pike Berlin NJ 08009 or Compassionate Care Hospice 516 High St. Mt. Holly NJ 08060.
