Eli McCarson Obituary
AGE: 30 • Washington Twp.
Suddenly on December 17, 2015, Trooper Eli M. McCarson of Washington Twp. Age 30. Beloved husband of Jordon P. (Nee Pearce). Loving son of John R. and Deborah A. (nee Gretz) McCarson. Dear brother of Nathan D., Uriah J., Josiah J. and Noah M. McCarson. Loving grandson of Edith McCarson and Dorthea Pearce. Dear son-in-law of Deirdre J. and W. Craig Pearce. Dear brother-in-law of Kimberly Touhill, Thomas F. Touhill and Taylor B. Pearce. Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Eli loved life. He enjoyed the beach, surfing, fishing, snowboarding and getting together with friends to watch football and attend concerts, especially those by Hot Trash. Eli sincerely believed that life was about love, family, and friends, and doing all he could to help others along the way. He often extended his hand of friendship and hospitality and believed that the best things happen when people that love each other get together. He enjoyed building and preserving the relationships he had and will always be loved and remembered by his many family members and his close friends from Lake Hurff, Don Pablos, Brio, Lambs Road Youth, and Lambs Road Academy. He was honored to be part of his newest group of friends and brothers from the 155th class of the New Jersey State Troopers and his colleagues at the Port Norris and Woodstown Barracks.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Wednesday 8:30-11:30 AM at Rowan University "Pfleeger Hall" inside Wilson Hall, North Campus Drive, Glassboro. Funeral service 12:00 PM. Interment, Hillcrest Memorial Park, Washington Twp. In lieu of flowers, donations in Eli's memory may be made to the Trooper Eli M. McCarson Fund 2634 Highway 70, Manasquan, NJ 08736. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.egizifuneral.com Arrangements are under the care of the Egizi Funeral Home, Washington Twp.

I did not have the pleasure to meet you, but you are my son in laws brother and my daughters brother in law, I attended your funeral where hundreds came to pay their respects. Your parents are awesome and treat my daughter soo good. I wish I could of had the opportunity to have met you. I have heard soo many good things about you. My heart breaks for Eli's wife and family. My daughter worked with him at Brio for a few years. I lost a son myself and I know there are no real words of comfort. So very sorry for your loss. RIP Eli you were surely loved by so many.
