Uncle Frank was a man with a great sense of humor and integrity. A true Marine and Gentleman who served with pride and dignity. I have Great memories of pulling my ship into Atlantic City years ago with U. Frank meeting us on the pier and then taking thevcrew and I over to the AC Casinos. We will miss you but never forget you or what you stood for. Semper Fi and You will always be an honorary Coast Guardsman and true shipmate. God bless you buddy. Will miss you. DC
