Dr. Sandoz,
I was sorry to hear the lost of your mother and my dear friend. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the service because I have no time that I can take off from my job. Please accept my deepest sympathy to you and your family.

Sorry to hear of the loss of your mother, Janet - I knew her as Dr. John's office manager and she was a lovely, kind, christian woman. Our deepest sympathy to the family and heaven is blessed to have her among on of their finest.
