John Thomas Graper, 67, passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at his home. He was born in Evansville on June 5, 1951. He graduated from Central High School in 1969. John was a United States Marine Veteran who served during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed camping and fishing. He loved spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his father, Melvin C. Graper, and his mother, Matilda C. (Buck) Graper Williams. John is survived by his wife, Sharon R. (Tooley) Graper; daughters, Shannon Moesner (Kevin), Kelly Simon; granddaughters, Kayla Simon, Danielle Simon, Katlyn Moesner, Bailey Moesner; grandsons, Scotty Meeks, Brandon Moesner, Michael Simon; his beloved dog and best friend, Missy; and his dear friends at Best Choice Auto and Libby and Mom's Cafe.
A Funeral Service will be held at 6 p.m., with visitation beginning at 3 p.m., Friday, July 20, 2018 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Miller & Miller Colonial Chapel, 100 E. Columbia St., Evansville, IN (812) 424-9274. Sympathy wishes to the family may be shared at www.titzerfuneralhomes.com.
