Joshua Diamond Obituary

Joshua D. Diamond, 27, of Evansville, passed away Saturday, February 14, 2009, at his residence.

Joshua enjoyed fishing and camping. He enjoyed many different kinds of sports. Josh was a San Francisco 49er fan and also enjoyed rooting for the Boston Celtics. He loved to drive and also enjoyed NASCAR. He also enjoyed body building.

Surviving are his wife, Deborah Tarr of Evansville; father, Duane Diamond of Evansville; mother, Betty Richardson of Evansville; grandparents, Donald and Jo Diamond of Evansville; 2 sisters, Sandra Brown of Evansville and Patricia Graves of Evansville; 2 brothers, Shawn Rafiner of Paducah, Ky., and John Graves of Evansville; aunts and uncles, Carol and Bill Peerman of St. Philips, Ind., and Donna and Timothy Flanigan of Evansville; Aunt Darla Eakins of Evansville; uncles, Larry Quirk of Fayetteville, N.C., and John Quirk of Evansville; and nieces and nephews also survive.

Josh was preceded in death by his grandmother, Dorothy (Diamond) Uhde.

Funeral services are planned for noon Thursday, February 19, 2009, at Browning Funeral Home, with Pastor Carl Mann officiating. Burial will be held in Alexander Memorial Park.

Friends may visit from 2 to 8 p.m. today, February 18, and from 10 a.m. until service time Thursday at Browning Funeral Home. Condolences may be made online at www.browningfuneral.com.
