Robert E. Behagg, 69, of Evansville, passed away Saturday, October 7, 2017, at his home. He was born July 18, 1948, to the late Edward and Phoebe (Smith) Behagg.
He worked at Goodwill Industries, did piece work, and cut grass for 18 years. Robert enjoyed spending time with his niece and family. He was a practicing Catholic.
Robert is survived by his wife of 38 years, Betty (Winternheimer) Behagg; daughter, Anna Behagg, of Evansville; sisters, Theresa Oldham, of Evansville, Barbara Winternheimer, of Sturgis, Kentucky, and Helen Braswell, of Round Lake, IL.
In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his sister, Edna Small.
Visiitation will be on Thursday, October 12, 2017, from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Ziemer Funeral Home Central Chapel, 626 N. First Avenue, Evansville, IN, 47710. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 13, 2017, at 12:00 pm, at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Locust Hill Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 5250 Vogel Road, Evansville, IN, 47715.

Robert, was a good friend who will be truly missed.Seeing him working in the yard,cutting his rose bush and every now and then cooking out and then quily clean up the grill. Going too miss you friend. MAY Jehovah, BE WITH you Betty and Anna.
