Robert enjoyed cooking and received a Culinary Arts Certificate from the University of Phoenix. He also enjoyed playing guitar, cards and hunting.
Robert is survived by his parents, Cathy and Ronald Cranick Sr. of Newburgh; brothers, Ron Cranick Jr. and his wife, Terra of Newburgh, and Adam Cranick and his wife, Delicia of Evansville; a sister, Katie Cranick of Newburgh; and nieces and nephews, Hannah, Emily and Christopher Cranick. Also surviving are his grandparents, Robert and Maryetta Yancey of Newburgh; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be 9:30 a.m. Monday, November 13, at Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel, 800 South Hebron Avenue, continuing at 10 a.m. at Nativity Catholic Church, with Father Henry Kuykendall officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation is 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday, November 12, with a memorial service at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
