Bradford G. Everett, 73, who grew up in Easton, CT, passed away on November 6, 2025, at White Plains Hospital, NY after a short but fierce battle with cancer. Born on August 23, 1952, Brad was known for his compassionate spirit and dedication to helping others, a trait that defined both his personal and professional life.
Brad attended Joel Barlow High School in Redding, CT, and went on to become the owner of Everett-Kayser Painting, a company renowned for its high-end quality work across Connecticut and New York. His commitment to excellence was mirrored in his personal pursuits, particularly his love for skiing. An avid skier, Brad moved to Stephentown, NY over 20 years ago to live in the beauty of the Berkshire Mountains.
Beyond his professional achievements, Brad was a devoted member of the Church of Scientology Mission of Albany in Greenwich, NY, where he actively participated in community and spiritual activities.
He leaves behind a loving family: daughter Zoe Everett; brother William H. Everett Jr. (Cheryl); sister JoAnn Taylor (Greg); and nieces Elizabeth Steese (Matt), Kristin Everett (Nick), and Haley Taylor. He was preceded in death by his parents, William H. Everett and Jean Everett, and his nephew William H. Everett III.
A memorial service and celebration of Brad's life will be held on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at Eleven o'clock a.m. at Wallie's of Greenwich, 54 Main Street, Greenwich, NY 12834. Attendees are kindly requested to RSVP by text to Beth Everett at 203-623-1709.
