Dolores Jula Sekelsky

SEKELSKY Dolores Jula Sekelsky, age 76, of Stratford and Hollywood, Fla., passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2007 in Florida. Mrs. Sekelsky, a retired saleswoman for the Sage Allen Department Store, was born in Nanticoke, Pa. to the late John and Helen Jula. She was a longtime area resident, spending her winters in Florida. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward Sekelsky. Survivors include her devoted children, Edward R. Sekelsky and his wife, Paula, of Stratford, Beverly Kollar and her husband, Paul, of Oxford and Janice Valiante and her husband, Michael, of Norwalk; six grandchildren, Dana Marie Sekelsky, Michael, Sean and Mark Kollar, Benjamin and Beth Therien; a great-grandson, Christian Kollar; a brother, John Jula and his wife, Maria, of Dayton, Ohio; several nieces and nephews; as well as a dear friend, Lillian Reichbart. Funeral services will take place on Friday, February 2, 2007 at 9:15 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place, Stratford and at 10 a.m. in St. Mark's Church, Stratford for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery, Stratford. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m in the Adzima Funeral Home.
