Juan Estrada Obituary
Juan Antonio Estrada, age 95, of Bridgeport, beloved husband of Georgina Delia Tejas Estrada, died peacefully on Friday September 15, 2017 at St. Joseph's Center in Trumbull. Mr. Estrada was born in Holguin Orient, Cuba and was a Bridgeport resident for over 50 years. He was a retired expediter for Casco Products. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus in Bridgeport, a longtime volunteer at St. Margaret's Shrine in Bridgeport and a former member of the Liceo De Cuba Club. In addition to his wife he is survived by his devoted sons; Jose Estrada and his spouse John Boles, of New York, NY and George Estrada and his wife Rita, of Bridgeport. Two grandchildren; Brian Estrada, and Jennifer Marko and her husband Erik. Two great-grandchildren; Dustin and Evan Marko. Friends are invited to attend his Funeral on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. directly at St. Margaret Shrine in Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be in Lawncroft Cemetery in Fairfield. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers the family would prefer donations be made to the Visiting Nurse Services, 765 Fairfield Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06604.
