To the Moussavian Family; I am a regular customer at the gas station and I was devastated when I heard the news, Murdock was always so full of life and made everyone laugh, he always laughed at my car because it is so small that he would say "I'm sure you can fill that up with $10. bucks". Nothing I say will make the pain go away. Christine, stay strong for your children and always remember that Murdock will always watch over you and the children. May your good and happy memories get you by this difficult time. He is resting now. God bless you and your family....RIP Mehrdad..

If you knew Mehrdad, you knew he was a quality man from a very young age. His charachter was simple and straightforward, there were no illusions and there was no guessing when speaking with him. He made people laugh and smile. Mehrdad and I would talk about our families and getting together at the gym, unfortunately it didn't happen soon enough and I regret it deeply. I hope his wife and kids stay in town so that my son could become friends with his kids and I could tell them how special their father was. My whole familes heart (shirley, jamie and nolan) goes out to the entire moussavian family.

Around 1996 a high energy, animated, and spirited young guy started playing racquetball at World Gym/Planet Fitness in Trumbull. He had a smile on his face, a hearty laugh, and a boisterous passionate voice. Eventually we played a game, became friends, but I remember most some great laughs! He also showed a compassionate side that spoke fondly of his wife and children and life in general. About a month ago when I saw him running up and down the stairs in between weight lifting I said "you should join some body shows or something...Darn!...." He looked incredible! We shouted across the gym about playing ball again when he left......... I guess someone up there needed him real bad right now. I am so sorry for Christine and the rest of his family that such a fine young man was taken away from us. Thoughts and prayers are with the family.
