Miguel Sosa Obituary

Miguel A. Sosa Sr., born on September 9, 1937, in Ponce on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, passed away on October 21, 2024, at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT. He was a dedicated machinist in the manufacturing industry for many years until his retirement.
Miguel was a loyal fan of the New York Yankees and enjoyed spending time playing dominoes and with his family. He is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Ana Lydia Sosa; daughter Vivian Buchla and son-in-law Don Corrigan; son Miguel Sosa Jr. and daughter-in-law Beth Sosa; and grandchildren Brandon, Jordan, Austin, Alyana, and Alex. He also leaves behind siblings Felipe and his wife Iris, Heriberto and his wife Ana, and Martha.
Miguel was preceded in death by his mother Cataline Sosa, father Juan Sosa, and brother Jose Sosa. Services will be held privately.
