Stephan Miller

MILLER Stephan Miller died tragically at the age of 39, Tuesday, April 22, 2008 in Big Bear, Calif. doing what he loved. He was born in Queens, N.Y. and had lived in California for the past 11 years. A pioneer in internet communities, he had been instrumental in developing many sports networks including Rival.com, Fox Sports and was in the process of launching a revolutionary internet community when this tragedy occurred. He loved his family and friends with an exuberance that was contagious. He was buried in Mount Sinai Cemetery, Los Angeles, Calif., May 27, 2008 where a tribute to his life and accomplishments was attended by many friends and family members. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth; son, Liam age 13; daughter, Caitlin age 9 of Canyon Country, Calif.; his parents, Spencer and Sandra Schwartzbach of Fairfield; brother, Seth Schwartzbach of Indianapolis, Ind.; as well as grandparents; and many relatives who will miss him very much.
