Wayne was a man of many talents, one of which was his ability of making you like him. A truly sincere and intelligent person who helped others in need. I too worked wtih Wayne at Medstar, and am proud to have known him and am saddened by his passing. With my most sincere condolences...

It was with shock and sadness that I received the notification of Waynes's passing. We shared a love of EMS, a passion for flying and enjoyed working in aerospace. Wayen was my "relief" as I would come off the over night shift every Saturday for Waterbury Ambulance and Medstar. I never had to worry about getting out on time because he was always there. I will never forget the day we decided to land at every airport in Connecticut. 7 hours of takeoffs and landings. With his final takeoff, I hope he lands in a better place.

My condolences to the Roth family. It was always a pleasure working with Wayne on the Comanche Program. He was a true gentleman and kept our spirits up with his humor.

Please accept my very sincerest condolences regarding Wayne's passing. We worked together for many years at Sikorsky, including a short time on the S-92 Program. Wayne was always very helpful and communicative, and was always looking to coordinate efforts between our programs to find a common approach to the problems we all encountered. On a personal note, occasionally Wayne and I would meet for lunch, and I could always count on him to give me good advice on "issues du jour", whenever I asked him for it. I shall miss him.

My sincerest sympathy goes out to the Roth family. I did not know him very long at Sikorsky, but in the short time I knew him he was very bright and a great person to have lunch with. It is truly very sad to have Wayne leave this world with so much life still in him.

Wayne was a great partner and mentor for me in the EMS field. I was only 18 when we met and he often gave his opinion for support and guidance through my youthful years. He was very good at what he did. It truely was a pleasure to work with him at Medstar. My only regret is that we didn't keep in touch. He will definately be missed.

So very sorry to read about Wayne's passing. I had the pleasure of working with him in Supplier Quality

Engineering at Sikorsky...He was also a fellow private pilot...I always admired his dedication to his many interests..and his stories about flying, radios, communications, E.M.T. calls.....He even persuaded me into purchasing our very first Bag cell phone..back in the 1980's (The kind with a receiver cord!) He will surely be missed by all of his many friends and co-workers too...He was a special person.........Fran and I would like to express our deepest sympathy to all of his family.
