Bill. You are and always will be missed. The 3 of us (Lenny) did so much together that it will always be a great memory for me. During work and after work was nothing but the best.

Bill, I still think about you and wish you were still here.
I still think about that last day we spent together a couple of days before you died. We laughed and talked for such a long time. I never thought it would be the last time I would see you or hug you or kiss you good bye.
You truly were such a good and kind man and friend to me.
I hope you are enjoying your self in Heaven with your new pain free body. I love and miss you
Your friend

I was sorry to read of Bill's passing, he was a quiet, fair man who could usually defuse a tense situation simply with his presence. He always carried himself with an air of confidence and ability without coming across as arrogant or superior. He represented an era of professionalism that has long since passed from Corrections.

My deepest sympathies to his family.

I am very saddened to learn that Lt Weed died. He was respected by all, and was by the book. He had no favorites. He was the best at being in charge of fire safety at New Haven Correctional Center. At the yearly mandatory yearly meeting for fire safety and tour of all the evacuation routes and fire alarms I still remember how thorough he was. Though I was a correctional nurse, there was always a certain respect and fear that everything was in order when he signed the log book in the hospital. He will never be forgotten. Truly a leader among all correctional staff.
Rest In Peace, Bill, and I extend my sympathy to the family.

Psalm 90:10 says that the days of our years are 70 years, And if because of special mightiness they are 80 years.
May the memories of the wonderful times you shared together bring a smile and joy in your heart.

Bill !, I am very grateful that we got together the day before and had plenty of laughs, and reminisced over all the wild times we had in our past. The more we talked the more we recalled and the harder we laughed, Not ever imagining it would be the last time we would see each other. We could not have been better and more loyal friends. I know we will meet again. YES, this is a warning. I will miss you buddy and remember our good times.

Bill. I will deeply miss our yearly luncheon each trip I make to Conn. I always looked forward to seeing you and enjoying an afternoon lunch. On the internet, you always kept me updated on the events taking place in Conn, as well as informing me the of the passing of our fellow workers. I was in total shock when Lenny told me about you. I guess we'll all eventually meet up in that fancy jail in heaven. You can still be in charge. I am so sorry to hear about this news. My condolences to the family and his closest friends. Until we meet again.

Bill You were a great friend, a kind and generous man. Our friendship started at work where you teased me everyday. It was a great pleasure being your friend. I will miss you so much. To Bil's family my heartfelt sympathy is with you.
