Neil, Saw this today and saddened at Toby's passing. I havent seen toby for many years, but I remember him well as a young man proud of his talent and work ethic with great integrity. He was a "chip off the old block" and a friend to me along with Neil and the Tefteller family.

The late 70's & early 80's, I helped Toby hook up a slick line on a lot of wells. If they ask who to call we would always say Toby Tefteller, if you want it done right. I've worked for CDOT for the last 20 yrs. & on Douglas pass the last 16 & Toby always had time to stop & chat. Catch up on what's going on. A good man & will be greatly missed.
