George Harrison Obituary


George E. Harrison, 58, of Kirtland, passed from this life Friday, Oct. 17, 2014, in Kirtland. He was born on July 31, 1956, in Shiprock to Joe Sr. and Ilene Harrison. His clans are Many Hogans and born for Tachii'nii.
He is survived by his wife, Arlinda Harrison; two sons, Jerold and Jorge Harrison; and three daughters, Breanna Yazzie, Georgianna and Shikinita Harrison. He was also a "papa" to nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, mother, father, brother and daughter, Samantha.
Thank you to Helen Walters and nurses of Northwestern Hospice.
The celebration of life for George will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 21, at the Shiprock Chapter House.
George is in the care of Desert View Funeral Home, North U.S. Highway 491, in Shiprock, 505-368-4607.
