Marlene Aragon Obituary

Marlene Aragon, 80 years old, died on October 8, 2015 at her home in Boulder, the city in which she was born and lived most of her life. She was the mother of Steve, Kathy and Lisa and raised her granddaughter, Katrina. She worked at the Boulder County Sheriff's office for a number of years. She was an accomplished quilter and seamstress leaving her family many tangible memories. Marlene is survived by Kathy (Scott); Steve (Debbie); her sister, Colleen; her brother, Wayne; and her five grandchildren. Marlene chose to donate her body to medical science through the University of Colorado. We will be having an informal family memorial gathering. No flowers but if anyone would like to do an act of kindness or make a donation in Marlene's memory to any effort or organization that helps others, her family would be honored.
