Nicholas Mone Obituary

Nicholas Mone, Sr., 82, died Wednesday, June 28, 2017, at home. Nick was born and educated in Schenectady, the son of George and Anna Mone. He worked for 18 years for Buy Rite Shurfine, Co. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Clough Mone. Three children, Nicholas (Louise) Mone, Jr., Michael (Sharon) and Kathy (Charles) Mackey; two sisters, Anita (and the late Val) Boudreau and Elaine (Donald) Pickett; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Funeral service private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by the Daly Funeral Home, Inc., 242 McClellan St., Schenectady. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl., Memphis, TN 38105. Online condolences may be expressed at www.dalyfuneralhome.com.
