CHRISTOPHER HANSON Obituary

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS - Christopher Rearick Hanson was born on February 14, 1948 in Jamestown, New York to Sigurd and Dorothy (nee Christiansen) Hanson. He died suddenly Wednesday, September 23, 2015 in Wisconsin. Chris was an adventure seeker. His love of skiing, hockey, mountain biking and exploring the Midwest in autumn captures the essence of his shared family experiences. Chris was a proud Swede and accomplished writer who found great pleasure in capturing life's surprising moments. He was a brilliant chef who cherished time around the table spent with friends, family and a good bottle of wine. Chris was the Vice President of Corporate Behavior Analysts, LTD and co-authored two published books in his industry. Chris is survived by his spouse of almost 30 years Cheriann Barbera Hanson; his daughters Lindsay Barbera Hanson and Kristan Sigourney Hanson; his mother, Dorothy Hanson Brown; and his sister, Rev. Natalie Hanson (Rev. Paul) Womack. He was preceded in death by his father, Sigurd, and stepfather, Harold Brown. Family will begin to welcome guests at 9:30 a.m. and a Celebration of Chris' Life will begin at 11:30 am, Saturday, October 3, 2015 at Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N.
