Doug and I were good friends in high school in the same class. We went on field trips that were unforgettable! He was so funny. We had good times! I smile just thinking about it. Its unfortunate that we didn't see each other for many years but I will never forget him. I'm so sorry for the whole family's loss! I will miss him!

Doug died well before his time. Even though it was an unfortunate accident, Doug did not deserve the consequences. He was a good son who will be sorely missed by his father and the rest of his family. Doug will always be with us in our hearts and memories.

Our family sends our deepest regards to all of Doug's family. We just found out today about Doug's passing. Funny, though, last night we heard a loud rumble close to our home. Looking out the window, we saw a line of motorcyclists passing Doug's childhood home and our home down the street. We never connected the two, until today. We will always remember Doug with his warm smile and fearless attitude. He was a handful, but never without respect for our family. Love you always Doug - The Paolini's at 313

Doug is a great person. What a good friend to have growing up. I have many great memories of playing street Hockey on Pine st or tackle football at Fairview in Grade school with Doug, Kanelos, Goumas, MCD, Huffer, Price, Mags, Brown, Werner, etc. Hope you are at peace Doug and you will be missed.
