I just found out about Mike and was stunned as we grew up only a block apart and I knew not only Mike but also Chuck and his Mom and Dad! Their family was one of the best. Mike was a CB enthusiast back when we were young and his CB handle was "Caveman" and I will always remember his rugged exterior and his gentle heart! He knew more about me than most and he will be greatly missed but never forgotten.

I am sorry to say that I will not be able to attend Mike's services. He was a co-worker for almost five years at Schroeder Dental and he taught me a lot about Dental technology that you can only learn from someone who has what my mom would call 'horse sense', and Mike had plenty of horse sense! I know that Mike was a religious man and as a Christian I like to think that he is in a better place. I will remember him for his sense of humor and his, often, quite surprising insight into subjects that you would never think he would be an authority on! My condolences to Mike's family but the love of God, if we let it, will bring us all together again.
Sincerely, Ian Dial

I am pleased to have known Gideon from "way back". But most importantly his recent comments regarding his faith in Christ touched me most. Jesus said, He who confesses me before men, him will confess before my Father in Heaven. Gideon did that very thing. Sincerely, Paul Hillmer
