Lisa,Karen I knew you from Harwood Heights, you were very small. I knew your Mom. Your Dad and my late brother-in-law took me to the ground round restaurant, peanuts on the floor restaurant on my 21st birthday.Your dad cut my hair, I was a barber also. Your uncle gave me a job working with him as a barber at Glenview Navel Air Station.Your Mom Annette was good friends with my sister. Your Grandpa and Grandma knew me. Grandpa cut my hair. Your late Aunt lived below Grandma and Grandpa. I’m reminiscing about a great family as I wipe my eyes. My mother and father were in the thick of it too.One big click of family and neighbors. Your Dad was sorely missed. I’m just finding out about this. God bless you all!

Lisa, Karen, and family,
We just returned from wintering in Arizona and I called for a haircut. I am sad to learn the news of ken's passing. He was my barber and friend for almost 35 years. He will be sorely missed. Haircuts will never be the same. Please accept my sincerest condolences.

Lisa and Karen, your dad truly had the best political, economical, and common sense opinions than anyone I knew. It was a pleasure being his customer for nearly 25 years. There's an emptiness in my heart. I will miss Ken.

Lisa & Karen, my sympathies on the loss of your dad. I was a customer for almost 30 years but I think all of his customers were his valued friends as well. He was genuine and one of the strongest persons I ever knew. He will be missed.

Dear Lisa and Karen,
I am very sorry for your loss. Your father cut my hair for over 30 years and I always enjoyed my trips to see him. Ken always had a uniquely entertaining way of expressing his opinion. I will miss him.

I was a client and friend to your Dad for 34 years. I don't think I can go anywhere else for a haircut. I will miss him and miss the time spent in his chair. He was one of a kind and I know he truely loved his family
