Bill,
Words can not express the sadness that I fell. But with that being said I know Mare is in a better place. A perfect place. She is waiting for us to join her in the place called Heaven. When our time comes and the Lord says no. Mare will be next to him and saying Let Them In Lord.
All of you did a great job. What a celebration of her life. And how about stopping traffic, thats our Mare.
I love you all very much.
In Friendship Vicki

Bill, I will always remember Mary Kay with great joy for the times we spent together as kids going to the Dunes. We always looked forward to getting together. I am sure that God has a special place of comfort for her to rest in peace. Our deepest sympathy to you, Laura and Julie and families.

Heaven's garden today is more beautiful than ever because our dearest friend, Mary, is there. Craig & I will miss her so very much. She could make us laugh with such ease: always had a smile. We will miss our dinners and exchanging pictures of our grandkids. Bill, Mary and I many times talked about how lucky we both were marrying such wonderful men like Craig & you. She loved you Bill with all of her heart. She loved you girls and those grandkids were such a joy to Mary. She will be missed by so many people. Bill, Laura and Julie always know that Mary will always be with you. She was loved by so many and will be missed. We loved her too. Love, Shirleen and Craig

The warm smile that greeted you and voice behind the "daily announcements" at LZHS has been promoted and has a new heavenly position. While all of us will feel the loss, we need to celebrate Mary and how she touched each of our lives. Mary was one special lady. My thoughts and prayers are with Bill and Mary's family.

My Aunt Mary was a beautiful woman both inside and out. She was a wonderful example of a strong, big-hearted woman that went above and beyond for her family. Not only was she a great wife, mother, sister, and daughter, but she was also an amazing Aunt. I will miss her dearly and am happy she is finally at peace and reunited with her father!

Mary K was my other big sister. Since the Baumers are a small clan, Mary showed us what having a big family was like. She was always there when we needed her and faced this latest test with courage and dignity. As usual she set a tough example for all of us to follow. The world lost a truly great lady, but we can take solace that she left a lasting positive impression on all those that she touched. I will treasure her memory for the rest of my days.

Mrs. Baumer fought an amazingly courageous battle and will be truly missed. LZHS and the community in general has lost one of the best that there ever was! I'm glad that you are no longer suffering Mrs. B, now you can rest in the Lord's hands. My thoughts and prayers are with the Baumer family.

Like all of us at Lake Zurich High School, Mary was the first person we met when we came to the school. Her warm smile and always pleasant manner conveyed a sense of peace and serenity. While we will miss her terribly, we are confident that a loving Lord has taken her back to a place of happiness and comfort.
