PATRICIA ANN "PATSY" KELLY

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS - Patricia Ann "Patsy" Kelly, 86, was born on May 21, 1936, in Michigan City, IN, to Wilbur and Florence (nee Harper) Eckert. She died Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at Addolorata Villa, in Wheeling, IL. Patricia was service representative for Classic Products in the bowling industry for over 20 years in Fort Wayne, IN before she retired. She retired to Green Valley, AZ then relocated to Arlington Heights, IL after her husband of 54 years passed away. She lived nearly 8 years at Luther Village and was very active. Patricia was a sports fan who enjoyed cheering for the Chicago Bears, Indiana Hoosiers, Chicago Red Stars, especially since her granddaughter Amanda is a team member, and Harper Hawks Baseball, where her grandson, Adam, is an assistant coach. She was known as a phenomenal cook and enjoyed entertaining. In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting, listening to music, reading romance novels and enjoying social life in her retirement community. Patricia is survived by her daughter, Susan (Drew) Kowalski; her grandchildren Adam, Amanda (fiance Zach Fick), and John Kowalski; and her sister, Nancy Ramion. She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul (married 1957); her parents; her brother, William Eckert; and her brother-in-law, Joseph Ramion. Memorial visitation will be from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm, with a Rosary service commencing at 7:00 pm on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at the Glueckert Funeral Home, 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Memorial Mass to be held at St. Mary the Immaculate Conception Church, 411 W. 11th St., Michigan City, IN 46360 on Friday, March 17, 2023, at 11:00 am.
