Chip, Rob and Families,
I served with Lloyd 12 of his 14 years on the DuPage County Board. I know that he was a good man who loved his wife and family, his country and DuPage County. My favorite memories of Lloyd are of our duck hunting trips. While we would sometimes disagree on policy, there is no doubt that he was dedicated to making DuPage County a better place for it's citizens. May he rest in internal peace.

Rob, Chip and families:
It is with heartfelt sympathy that I write this. I had the great pleasure of working for your dad as his committee secretary during his time at DuPage County and was also honored to call him a friend. I have many years of memories of both your parents that I will always keep in my heart. Your dad was very good to me during our many years together.
May loving memories help ease your families pain.
Thinking of all of you during this time.
