Raymond Scheulen Obituary

Raymond Edward Scheulen, 77

Raymond Edward Scheulen age 77 of Kila, passed away on April 27, 2023 unexpectedly at his home. Raymond was born on November 5, 1945 to George and Elizabeth (Shaffer) Scheulen, in Meta Missouri.

Raymond went to school in Missouri and was able to receive his GED. He went on to serve in the U.S Army during the Vietnam Era and was honorably discharged.

He met the love of his life Sharon (Sullivan) in Butte, MT. and they married on November 28, 1970, celebrating 52 years together. They had 3 children: Michael, Lynne and Thomas.

Raymond was able to do the work he loved as a Precision Machinist for 54 years, starting in Butte MT and ending his career in Kalispell, after retirement they made their home in Kila, MT.

Raymond loved hunting, fishing, nascar, horse racing, golf and just sports in general.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters: Jeanie, and Genevieve, brothers ; Kenneth and Daniel. He is survived by his wife Sharon, children: Michael & wife Ellie, Lynne & husband Robert, Thomas & wife Kathy.

Sisters: Geraldine, Diane, Linda and brothers: Richard and Melvin. 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on July 2, 2023 at the Kila Country Church, 150 Cottage Lane with Military Honors to follow the services. A potluck reception will follow the service, we ask that you bring your favorite dish.
