Ardis J. (Erickson) Tingstrom

PARK HILLS – Ardis J. Tingstrom, 90, of Desloge, passed away May 16, 2021, at Southbrook Skilled Nursing Center in Farmington. She was born January 12, 1931, in Bell, California, to the late Algot and Louise (Rettmann) Erickson. Ardis was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Park Hills where she was part of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League. Ardis enjoyed delivering meals on wheels in Park Hills, spending time with her grandkids and she never missed watching Cardinal baseball on television.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Tingstrom; sister, Donna Pellerian: and son-in-law, Thomas "Tom" Froidl.

Ardis is survived by two children, Carol Froidl and James Tingstrom; six grandchildren, Jeffrey Tingstrom, Gregory Tingstrom, Wendy (Jeff) Goeke, Tom (Molly) Froidl, Matt (Cari) Froidl, Adam (Brittany) Froidl; eight great-grandchildren, Josh, Drew, Kenny, Alex, Caroline, McKinley, Grayson and Ellie; siblings, Norma Millman and Nadine (Richard) Krohn; and her beloved cat, Callie.

Visitation will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church in Park Hills, Thursday, May 20, 2021, from 10 a.m. until service time at 12 p.m. Pastor Jeremy May will be officiating. Interment to follow at Three Rivers Cemetery in Farmington. Memorials may be directed to the Trinity Lutheran Church. Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z.
