Stephen Irwin Headly

Stephen Irwin Headly, born in Rome, Italy and resident of West Chester, PA passed away at the age of 62 on Tuesday, May 30th, 2017 at his home. He is survived by his beloved wife Dorcie, and adored children, Giulia, 29, and Michael, 26. He was the son of Jonathan (dec) and Suzanne Headly and brother of Peter (Tammy), Andrew (dec), Thomas (Kathy), Mark, Bartholomew (Chris). He was uncle to Evan and family. Stephen was also loved by in-laws Howard and the late Marion Freeman, brother-in-law Matt Freeman, and the Lobsitz, Maxwell, Headly and Davis families. His passions were his family, music, Philadelphia sports, and spending time with his friends. He brought joy and laughter to everyone around him. Stephen worked for the Daily Local News in digital media sales. He was a 1973 graduate of Henderson High School and earned his B.A. from West Chester University in 1977. There will be a visitation at 10 a.m. on Saturday June 3rd, followed by Mass at 11 am at his parish, St. Agnes in West Chester, PA.
