Ms Lenora and the family of Mr. James Perkins. What a wonderful God loving and kind man Mr. Perkins was. During my visits with the two of you I found him to be filled with the spirt of christ and all that is good. He was so proud of his family and all they had accomplished. Even times I thought he was busy, and I was in a rush he would take the time to be gracious, offer me a seat and slow me down to where I needed to be. I will miss talking with him. Be strong in the knowledge that an angel is surely watching over you all.
God Bless

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High, shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty Ps. 91:1

Sister Perkins and the entire Perkins Family,
There are no words that seem adequate enough to express how I felt about Deacon Perkins. Every Sunday morning, as the musicians and Praise Team assembled for prayer, Deacon Perkins always said something to me to make me smile! He was truly a jewel in the Music Ministry at Miracle Temple. He always had a word of encouragement for us and the Music Ministry will not be the same without him.
As you go through this hour, it is my prayer that God will continue to uphold you with His Spirit. May His love and peace guide you through these difficult days. In times like these, it is so good to have a Savior who loves us and comforts us in all situations. And we thank God on today that we have the assurance that we will see Deacon Perkins again. What a mighty God we serve! I love you all and I am praying for you. Be blessed!
