Darius "Bubby" Allen Minor, 18, of Locust Grove, Va., passed away suddenly on Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at the University of Maine, during football exercises. He was born on February 9, 2000, to Charity Rena Wines. Darius graduated from Orange County High School and was an outstanding athlete in football, and enjoyed all sports, and his favorite artist "Drake". Survivors include his mother, Charity; brother, Cameron Wines; sister, Tyhesia Tyler (David); maternal grandparents, Lester and Nancy Wines; several aunts, uncles and other relatives. A Candlelight Vigil was held Monday evening, July 30, 2018, at Porterfield Park, 252 Montevista Ave., Orange, VA 22960.
