Frank Joseph Seeley, Jr., 69 years of age a resident of Blairstown, NJ for over 38 years and previously of Lake Hopatcong, NJ passed away on August 17, 2015 in Morristown, NJ. He was born on December 30, 1945 in Dover, NJ to Frank Joseph Seeley and Dorothy (Walker) Seeley. He received his BA from St. Leo University and was a Purchasing Agent. He was honorably discharged from the US Navy in which he served 3 tours of duty in Vietnam. "Frank was a man who could fix anything you put in front of him. He was artistic and loved to teach others all of the things that he loved; from fishing, outdoor skills, cooking and drawing. His infectious laugh could be heard across the room and his joy of life was all around us. He will be missed by all of us who loved him." He was a member of the Blairstown Rotary, The Knights of Columbus, The American Legion and Boy Scout Troop 140 of Blairstown, NJ.

He is survived by his wife Linda (Blide) Seeley, 3 daughters Kristine Zaveri and husband Prerak, Erica Balzer and husband Richard, Melissa Cardone and husband Peter and 8 grandchildren, Kieren, Lily, Anthony, Rohan, Grace, Paul, Gian and Colton.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8:30 PM, Thursday, August 20, 2015, with a memorial service held at 7:30 pm at Newbaker Funeral Home, 200 Route 94, Blairstown, NJ (Use Columbia for GPS).
