News Death Notice
ULLRICH, Christopher Alan 43, of Vandalia, Ohio passed away on Thursday, August 28, 2014 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born on May 11, 1971 in Kettering, Ohio. Chris was preceded in death by his mother, Nathlea. He is survived by his wife, Christina (Flaim) Ullrich; daughter, Kylea Marie; father, George P. (Jacqueline) Ullrich; siblings, Thomas (Jerilynn), Steve (Karen), Linda (Steve) Roberts, Ray (Kathy), Stacia Wagner, Suzanne Wagner; numerous nieces, nephews and many good friends. Visitation will be from 1- 3 pm Sunday, August 31, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory (4104 Needmore Road, Dayton). Memorial contributions may be made to ALS Association walktodefeatals.org donate under team Ullrich and/or Hospice of Dayton. Chris was just a great guy to be around. We worked together for a few years and really got to know each other. He was a few years older than me so he had that older brother feeling with me. I did a lot of traveling with him and we told many funny stories. I will remember him fondly and hope he is at peace now with no pain.
