News Death Notice
BURGER, Frank B. Jr. age 82 of Kettering passed away Friday October 18, 2013 at Heartland of Kettering. He is survived by his sister Carol Smith; a brother Ralph Burger; nieces and nephew Carlene Plescia, (Frank) Brad Smith, and Jenny Burger; great nephews Anthony and Nick Plescia. Frank was a graduate of Chaminade High School, US ARMY Veteran of the Korean War, member of the American Legion, and retired from Immaculate Conception Church. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 am Wednesday October 23, 2013 at Immaculate Conception Church 2300 S. Smithville Rd. Dayton, Ohio 45420. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-7 pm Tuesday at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-FAR HILLS CHAPEL 5471 Far Hills Ave at Rahn Rd. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Diabetes Association, Immaculate Conception Church, or your favorite charity. On line condolences may be sent to www.tobiasfuneralhome.com

Frank. You will be missed and remembered as a gentle giant with an even bigger heart. Whether at ICS or ICC you could be found as a sign of stability and reasurrace. Whether as alter boys, choir members, students, working side by side with you over the summer or taking care of the church candles and uplifting brochures with our father, the Siebel family will always remember you as a good friend and mentor. May you walk with Jesus and the Saints forevermore.

All nine of us siblings grew up with you, Mr. Burger. Seemed like every time we were at IC, you were there, too. You will be remembered as much as missed. Rest peaceful. From all the North family.

Frank, you were so much a part of IC and you will be missed. I taught there for 45 years and you were there for most of those years. You were so fond of the kindergarten kids and they of you. Rest in peace and thanks for all the memories.
