I am truly saddened by the news of Jim's passing. I don't know how our family missed his obituary or in conversation, as Dayton is such a small town. Our family goes very far back with the Bridgman family to the 1970's. My father "Skip" and Jim "the BANDO" played ball together with a plethora of other fabulous ball players back in the day. As a child, Bando was a household name in our family, and we looked forward to seeing Bando, Debbie, Brent, Angie, Tracy and Niki when our families would get together. Our family's hearts go out the Bridgman family, and he will never be forgotten. God speed, Bando! You are truly missed.
