News Death Notice

KERR, James R. Age 52, passed away Oct. 4, 2013. He is proceed in death by his father, James E. Kerr, Grandmother Viola (Betty) Lamb, Grandfather James M. Powell, and Grandson Robert Miller. He is survived by his mother Dessie (Sue) Kerr, daughters; Bridget Miller, Andrea Kerr, Grandchildren; Cassidy Jade Clark, Chance Austin Miller, Emma Kerr, Madison Miller, sisters; Sherri Kerr, Lisa K. Lee, brother- in-law Douglas Scurry, niece Jimi Sierra Ballard, nephews: Matt, Dan & Brad, brother James Daugherty. Also survived by biological father Robert Patton, Stepmother Dorothy Patton, 2 half brothers; Bradley & Robbie Patton, 2 half sisters; Missy & April Patton, Grandma Patton & Aunt Pam. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Loved spending time at the pool teaching the kids how to swim, loved to fish, renaissance festival, NASCAR, football. He worked hard and loved his family. Memorial Service is on Oct. 19 @ Temple of Praise (formerly Wood Road Church), 9840 Franklin Rd., Miamisburg, 45342. Viewing from 1:00PM-5:30PM with Funeral @5:30PM.
