Dear Lynn, I continue my walks in Lincoln Park and see Doug's plaque every time I go past. I want you to know that I brush off leaves and keep the plaque from being overgrown with ivy. It will always be seen.
I hope you and your family and Bryan are all doing well.

Can't believe a year has passed! A day doesn't pass that I don't look at the beautiful photo of your Mom & Dad's wedding. We are so Blessed to be a Family and have so many dear Hearts in our lives.

Dear Lynn,
Seeing your dad's obituary in the paper brought back so many memories. I am Helen Heitz who was a Rean Meadow neighbor of your dad and your dear mom Mary. We neighbors had many good times with Julane and Dick. We had picnics in our back yards (our Rean Meadows back yards were extra beautiful.) We went out to dinner a few times. Mary, Julane, and I had tea time together.
I remember seeing you once at Lincoln Park when you stopped to see Doug's memorial plaque. I live on the corner so I read it every time I go by. I want you to know that. Mary and I would go to Dayton Bach Society to hear the beautiful music that Dick conducted and Julane played. Having Fergusons as neighbors was a wonderful joy for me. Blessings to you and your CT family, and also all of Larry's family. In Sympathy, Helen Heitz
