Lisa, Ryan, and Kylie, I am still shocked and sadden by the loss of Uncle Mike. He was always one of my favorites and I have so many great memories of him as I grew up. Once I became a parent myself I came to really appreciate what a great father and husband he was to you guys. Scott and I always said to ourselves that we hoped to create a strong family like yours. I always enjoyed talking with Mike as he always had a way of making me laugh and smile. He was very special and I will miss him very much. I know Mike is watching down on you and will continue to be there for you. I love you all.

Lisa, Kylie and Ryan my thoughts and prayers are with all of you. I knew Mike from the first day he started at Standard Register. Joyce and I enjoyed having you both over to our house last year for a wet rainy cookout. I always enjoyed working with Mike and considered him a true friend. Most of our conversations were comparing note on our sons since I have three boys a little older then Ryan. I will miss seeing him around the halls at work and his friendship.

Lisa, Ryan, & Kylie...I am still in disbelief. Mike was there for me and my family when I was not sure if I was going to make it. He brought crayons and coloring books to my hospital room when I was really at a low point and needed to have my spirits lifted. Mike would call and check on me almost everyday and often spoke to my husband. From me personally and from my family, he will always hold a special place in our hearts. I extend myself and my family out to you in this time of need. Please take comfort in knowing that he is in a better place.

To Woodward Family,

I was saddened to hear about the passing of Mike. I worked with him at Standard Register. This place will never be the same without Mike here. He had such a spirit to him and presence that could never go unnoticed. He kept a smile on his face at all times. I will truly miss him and know that he is in a very good place. I know this is a difficult and painful time, and I wish you all the compassion and support you deserve. As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Lisa & family,

It is with great sadness that I write in this guest book and regret as I have not seen you guys in such a long time.

When I met Mike I always thought he was the perfect guy for you and a very sweet and caring person. How quickly life goes by, but what a wonderful life to celebrate and lasting memories to cherish.

Lisa, our families have always had a lasting bond. Please know that my prayers are with you and your family and if you ever need anything we are only a phone call away.

Lisa and Family you have my deepest sympathy. All I still can say is Oh My God. Mike was such a great person. Mike was more excited about my relocation to Dayton, than I was. Mike took time to stop at various places to pick up housing listings and mail them to me. On my trips to find housing Mike drove me around Dayton hours at a time. When I was homesick or frustrated he was there. I will truly miss him, but I am glad that I was blessed to have had him in my life. My prayers are with you.

It is still very surreal to me - Mike was a wonderful man! He will be greatly missed by many people. Everyone that knew him was fortunate to meet and interact with a man like him. He had an uncanny ability to make you laugh in the worst situation. He was a hard worker and such a family man! He had such love and devotion for his wife and children - I am so sorry for your loss - and can only be thankful that he did not suffer - I will carry with me many of his silly stories and will keep a smile on my face when I recall memories of Mike! Your family is in my thoughts and prayers!

To the family of Mike Woodward. I have known Mike for over eight years in various roles with Standard Register and really feel your loss. Mike always had interest in you as a person. From his memorable greeting..."Well, hello Scott" to his ability to carry a discussion on just about anything. While serving as a region manager and working with Mike in focus groups within the territory; he was always one to enjoy a team atmostphere, weaving fun and business into the mix.

Mike is in fact a great person. You are in my family's thoughts and prayers as we take moments like this to understand why certain people touch us the way they do in life.

My condolescences on the loss of a unique family man and business partner.

Regards,

Scott Schweiger

Lisa, Ryan and Klyie - Michael Jon was truly one of a kind - always there for you when needed and anything and everything else. He had a family who loved him dearly and he will be truly missed. Lisa, I am happy you found him so many years ago and brought him into our family he was a blessing. Be thankful he had a full life. I know he still had much left to do but he is in a much better place now. Just think he is up there with mom and dad watching out for you and the kids. He was my favorite and I will miss him with all my heart.
